Our goal is to share Argentine cuisine in an authentic and engaging way, combining traditional recipes and techniques with the stories, customs and cultural influences that have shaped the way we eat today.

At Pachamama, you won’t just watch a cooking demonstration. You’ll get hands-on, cook with us, taste local ingredients and discover the stories behind the food.

Argentine cuisine is the result of many influences coming together. Our native Latin American roots intertwined with the traditions brought by generations of immigrants from Europe and other parts of the world, creating a rich culinary culture with its own identity.

Through our cooking experiences, we want to share that identity with you — one recipe, one story and one meal at a time.

Meet the people behind the experience

We are a team of hosts, cooks and food lovers passionate about Argentine cuisine and about sharing our culture with travelers from around the world.

Franco Nesossi — Founder, chef, and economist.

After a long journey through various companies and kitchens, he sought to channel his passion for both teaching and cooking into a single project. Thus, Francesco Cocina was born.

Juan — Venue manager and chef.

Passionate about pastry and Asian cuisine (especially sushi). He ensures that every experience and event is a success from begginning to the end.

Rodrigo — Host and chef.

He is passionate about sharing culinary knowledge, researching recipes and preparations. His specialties include fermented foods, baked goods, and any dessert involving lemon pie.

Pedro — Host and chef.

Detail-oriented, methodical, and a key support for all our experiences. He constantly shares his passion for cooking and ensures no detail is overlooked, guaranteeing a premium experience for our clients.

Rochi — Educational psychologist; in charge of HR and team-building activities.

The team’s stabilizing force. She ensures the team runs smoothly and is ready to deliver the best experiences, while also designing the best activities for work groups. Her culinary specialties: desserts and chicken with rice.

Cami Dalessandro — In charge of reservations and administration.

Cami ensures the entire booking process is easy, simple, and seamless. A fan of Nesquik and chicken nuggets with mashed potatoes.

Cami Zanotti — In charge of social media and content.

The team’s creative force. She captures, films, and shares all our experiences in an authentic and professional way. A fan of sushi and the *chipás* (cheese bread) served at our cooking classes.

A welcoming space in Las Cañitas, Palermo

Our cooking studio is located in Las Cañitas, one of Palermo’s most charming neighborhoods, surrounded by restaurants, cafés and green spaces, and just a short distance from the heart of Buenos Aires.

The space was specially designed for cooking classes, workshops and culinary experiences, combining a professional kitchen with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We have a fully equipped 85-square-meter kitchen with everything needed for our experiences, including furniture, utensils, cookware and tableware, with capacity for groups of up to 20 people.

Our 40-inch TV, with HDMI and wireless connectivity, allows us to share information, recommendations and stories about Buenos Aires, Argentine food and local culture throughout the experience.

Our boutique features some of the products we use during our cooking experiences, as well as a selection of Argentine wines.

And because we know the experience doesn’t have to end when you leave Pachamama, our recipes are available through QR codes around the space, so you can recreate the dishes at home and keep a taste of Argentina with you.
