“I did the Pachamama cooking course a few weeks ago and it was excellent! The team made the day super fun, and are passionate about cooking and Argentine cuisine. We learnt a lot about Argentina’s food history and cooked/tried dishes from around the country. I am gluten-free (can tolerate a little cross contamination) and the team were excellent in catering for that with dedicated gluten free empanada wrappers, crepes and naturally gluten-free recipes.”

“I’m so glad I booked this experience! It was so informative and fun from the moment the class started. The hosts were so friendly and attentive. Everyone in the group got a role and got hands on experience on different parts of different dishes. Then we all came together to make our empanadas! We were taught how to make empanadas, chimichurri and other popular Argentinian plates. Truly the best souvenir to take home!”
